Class Evaluation 


 1. Some things I really enjoyed about this class was learning new things about websites and choosing the right 24/7

2.Some things I did not enjoy was speaking through the microphone and the ctr card check

3.Some recommendations for this class would be to do your life planning book all the time in CLASS!

4.The highlight for me was being able to start planning my life and choosing the right all the time

6.Well sometimes I tend to forget about my life planning book but if I do remember to always choose the right and read them everyday

7.Yes I am committed of being a ctr person because I always tend to choose the right and do whats right for me and when ever I am close to choosing the wrong I will always end up choosing the right

 The Harmful Effect of Tobacco




Tobacco can not only harm you it can harm your lungs too.And if you have asthma you have a higher risk of having a attack.It also causes a lot of coughing and phlegm,worst case that can happen would be lung cancer because tobacco can cause emphysema.Tobacco contains over 4,000 chemicals. Also one person dies every 6 seconds from tobacco.Did you know that tobacco kills up to 50% of its users. 90% adults begin to smoke before the age 18. Did you also know that 14% of high school seniors have reported smoking within the last month.You can help non smokers by maybe telling them to go somewhere else is maybe smoking bothers them. I personally don’t smoke at all it does not interest me at all.I promise to never use tobacco products.

           Challenges teens face today

1.What are several of the major challenges teens deal with today?

Some things teens deal with is bullying,relationships,drama, attitude,drinking and smoking etc.

2.What are one or two major challenges YOU are dealing with today?what are you doing about them?

One of my 2 major challenges would be attitude problems towards my family.And right now I am being more polite and being respectful to my family.

3. How does being a CTR person help you to overcome any challenge you may face?

Well it's helps me overcome any challenge I may face because I have the courage to do the right thing.Also because now I have the courage to do whats right for me.

4. How can you help other teens to overcome their challenges?

I can help others by letting them know that they could have the courage to do anything in life.Also by letting them know to choose the right and do what is best for you.

6. Reflection:What is the greatest need that teens have?

Well the greatest needs that teens have would be bullying because that's one of the major things that happen when you are a teen.Also teens should have the courage to stand up to people.Also teens should always do whats right for them.

    Malik Stewart & Roman Chapa

Well the both stories were about choosing the right and choosing the wrong. Malik is a ctr person because he was being kind and doing the right thing.You should choose the right and be honest being honest and loosing is better than cheating and winning.Then Roman he was being a ctw person because he chooses to cheat.He cheated by racing on his horse but he was using some thing to make the horse go faster.What he was using was a electrical thing to make the horse go faster.You should always choose the right because choosing the right can lead you to bigger and better things.Never choose the wring because if you do you will become a unsuccessful person in life.choose the right and be honest and never lie.Choose the right and be like Malik Stewart!!!

This quote states that it’s better to fail with honor than winning with lies.This quote also states that never  choose to win with lie because it makes you look like if you have a bad reputation.I agree with this quote because it is true it is better to lie with honestly.Don’t be successful by cheating that is a wrong thing to do.A good example would be to choose the right and be truly honest.And a choose the wrong example would be to choose the wrong and lie. Always choose the right and do what you think what's right for you. It’s better to be honest than to be a liar.Honesty is the key to trust.If you lie it will haunt you forever.But if you choose the right and say what’s right and it’s all honesty then you will be a better person.

Reflection: This statement states that to never lie because lying can cause consequences.Also this quote states to always tell the truth and never lie.You should always tell the truth because you feel more better about yourself.And if you lie and choose the wrong you will feel wrong.I agree with thing quote because you should always choose the right and never lie because you don’t want to be that person that lies so much.I also agree with this statements because telling the truth allows everyone to learn from what happens and next time now they know what they are doing.Never lie and always choose the right thing and always tell the truth and be a honest person.

Duties and responsibilities: They work for schools,local governments,companies and other organizations.Also they support and train people on their health and goals that involve fitness.

Salary: $49,480

Education: In order to become a Wellness Specialist it requires a bachelor's degree in health education also you could get a related degree to this topic (wellness specialist).

D.F.T.P: As the employers expand and formalize their focus on employee health and wellness

Reflection: No I wouldn’t like to be one because this career does not get my attention.Also because it is not what I want to become in life.

Reflection: These commandments are some really good commandments because they have everything you need to know in order to become a good person. I do agree with these commandments because these commandments show that you are a good wealthy person.This quote basically states that all these commandments are some really good commandments and if you choose to do all these commandments then you are doing what's right. A example could be choose the right and follow these commandments.And a bad example would be dtw and don’t follow these commandments. You should always follow these commandments because they make you look better and you are choosing the right.Choose the right and follow these commandments because it can lead you to many things.

You should not break a promise because once you promise something to someone it must be a promise.I agree with this quote because you always have to keep your promises.A good example would be you promised your coach that you will be at practice at 3:30 and you are there at 3:30. And a bad example would be that you promise not to tell someone else's secret but you do anyways. Once you promise something you need to do whats right and don’t’ brake it. You have to be committed to your promises. Another reason why I do agree with this quote it's because some people if you tell them you promise something you must keep that promise or else don’t say promise if your not gonna promise. I agree with this quote because good things never fail.Also I agree with this because it’s true good never fails. And a bad example would be choose the wrong then you have to deal with the consequences. You should never choose the wrong because you will have to deal with the negative consequences. I agree with this quote because it is important to make decisions.Another reason why I do agree with this quote because some people make the wrong decisions and they regret it so much. Make your own decisions because it's better than choosing to lesson to someone else.Choose the right and make you own good decisions. Don’t be with people who do bad things like smoke,drink etc.

Reflection: This quote states that is a very important thing to be truthful in life.Also this quote states that it's better to be truthful than a sore lier.I do agree with this quote because it is better to be truthful than to be a bad and a lying type of person. Another reason why I do agree with this quote it’s because truthfulness makes you have good character,good person and a good personality! A good example would be when Abraham got extra change from a lady and he walked 6 miles just to give it right back.And a bad example would be stealing thing and not returning it. You should always choose the right because it can lead you to better thing in life and it make you a better person.In my opinion people should be like Abraham Lincon because he was such a good example of a truthful person. Never lie always choose the right and be a truthful person.
