This statement states that its our duty to concentrate all our influence.Also this states that you want to make popular sound good and unpopular sound bad. I don't get this quote at all but in my opinion you don't have to be popular just to sound good.I guess you need to have influence in order to be a popular person.It's better to have influence than no influence at all.And unpopular means not so good.It is verry important to concentrate on are influence.For example be a kind person and be respectful.A bad example would be choosing the wrong and getting in trouble alot.
