Reflection:This quote is saying that Dean Smith was not trying to leave his legacy he was just trying to choose the right and do whats best for him.Also This quote states that his legacy was now over and he had to do what was right for him but he was a very good and inspiring coach to work with.I do agree with this quote because sometimes you need to do whats best for you and sometimes you don't mean you are going to leave the legacy you are just doing what is best for you and I guess his choice was that it was time to retire.Also Dean left a legacy because he had was a good person and he had a kind attitude and he was really respectful.Also Dean was always there for his basketball team no matter what.He is the type of person who does good things and he always wanted to do the right thing and that how he became known.An example would be successful and have a legacy like Dean smith.Another example would be to choose the right and you will be successful like Dean Smith and you could be known somehow by doing whats right and being a kind person.Dean left a good legacy to others.Choose the right and you can become like Dean Smith.I suggest you do the right thing and be a successful person and look up to Dean Smith.

 REFLECTION: This quote states that do always lead yourself and your life the same way.Also this quote states that if you always do the right thing and you lead your life in a good successful way them your dreams may come true if you work hard for it.I agree with this quote because its speaking the truth.Also I agree with this quote because its not really how to achieve your dreams its about the way you get there and how you are going to get there.An example for this quote is to always do the best you can and be happy and lead your life in a good positive and successful way!Another example is to think positive way and don't let other people make you think negative because do whats right for you and make sure you lead your life in a successful way also in a positive way.Also if you lead your life the right way then karma will take care of itself.In my opinion you should always choose the right and be a successful happy person because many good and positive thinks may come your way.Dreams do come true if you want it and if you want to work for it then it may come true.Be happy and lead your life in a good positive way!

I agree with this quote because you need to have a educating of the body, and the mind to have a good character.I also agree with this quote because it may be the way we may being raised.A good person is a person who is respectful and who has a good attitude.And it is very important to work hard and to be a good person.An example would be choose the right and have a good respectful attitude to one another.Another example would be to do the best you can for yourself.The greatest thing is educating the body, and the mind.And represent you nation in a good way!!

                 Volunteer Opportunities 

 There are so many volunteer opportunities in LA. For example there are leadership roles,church relations,administrative support,community relations,logistics,media relations and student relations and many more to choose from. In LA there are about 2,742 volunteer opportunities. Also you can volunteer on all the things you love to do also you can help elderly people. In Broadway in LA they need some volunteer work for the night on Broadway event so it will be a good thing to do some volunteer work there. Also in Santa Ana there is some volunteer work in Spanish-language interpreter with child support services. This is a good opportunities because its good to help family's become financially self sufficient. Also in Santa Ana in LA there are looking for people to help feed the homeless every Monday and I think thats a great opportunities. A final example were to do volunteer work is to work with animals and it helps animals find homes and make animals have a nice shelter. I think that these opportunities are good ones because its always a good thing to do some volunteer work in your community.

REFLECTION:This quote means that you need to know how to take your own responsibility for your own body,mind,spirit,for your own physical,mental,and spiritual well being.Also this quote states that you need to learn how to do this and you need to be able to do all these things in your own.I agree with this quote because one day you need to learn how to take responsibility on your own and for your own mental,physical and spiritual well being.Another reason why I do agree with this quote is because you need to learn how to be a good responsible person for your own good.An example would be if you don't be responsible for yourself and your own actions then you can deal with some consequences.And an example of being a good is to be a responsible person for your body,mind and spirit. Also if you don't be responsible for your self and you want to do drugs don't do it do whats the best for you!Also you need to be honest and never lie about nothing and always tell the truth at all times.Always choose the right and be responsible for your own actions.

REFLECTION:In this website there are many thing to know about for example many sports and many information about how you can be a good student.Also they have many collage requirements and graduation requirements as well. They also give you information on some after school programs such like beyond the bell or even a before school program.The L.A.U.S.D website also talks about how the school is safe and the staff at L.A.U.S.D makes sure we have good safe environment.Also they help you with the code of conduct and that is were they provide a nice safe and secure learning environment for students to learn.This website also can tell you your schools lunch menu.If you need your schools report card you can take a look at it in the L.A.U.S.D website.Even they give you information if you want to take the school bus to school and home.They also have a requirement for summer school in case you might need it.L.A.U.S.D makes sure that no one gets bullied or no one be a bully!In my opinion i think that this website is a good website because it can help many people if they need information on something or they have so many programs to do!!!!!

Duties and responsibility's: 

There duties are to consist the care of newborn babies . And there responsibility are that they are trained specifically to handle the most complex and high risk or any problem with the baby. And if there is a problem before your baby is born then the Neonatologist may become involved in taking care of your baby.Also its important to check if the baby is nice and healthy!

Education:

In order to be and Neonatologist you need to have a bachelors degree in a subject like biology or chemistry.And you need to have a GPA 3.0 or higher.

Reflection: yes I would like to be a Neonatologist because i want to have a medical career and thats a really good career.Also i would because it a good job and I like to work with baby's.

REFLECTION:This quote means that if you tell one lie it can lead to another lie.Also it is saying not to lie or else it can bring consequences.I do agree with this quote because its true lie once and you can have the habit of lies.I also agree because you don't want to lie be that person that lies all the time.An example is don't lie because your friends are doing it do whats best for you not for no one else.Another example would be always speck the TRUTH!! A lie can lead up to serious consequences like going to jail.Always speak the truth and never a lie!Telling the truth is a way of being a better person and a lie is not.We all have to lie at some point but try hard not to and tell the truth always.Choose the right and tell the truth at all time because its the right thing to do.

                           School Break Days

      What I got to do on my winter break I got to do many things like go to the mall and spend time with my family. I also got to celebrate Christmas and New years with my family! I even had cheer practice.I got to watch the movie home with my nephew Mathew. I finally had the chance to clean my room. For Christmas my mom made tamales and I got to make sugar cookies. And for new years my mom also made some more tamales. Also I went to my best friends house and we watched TV and talked. Me and my sister would play bored games and watch Netflix plus scary movies. I got a guitar for Christmas and I was practicing all break and it was cool. Then the final week me and my family got to celebrate my brothers birthday and we did BBQ. I loved this break because I had lots of fun with my family. And I hope this will be a good new year in 2016!!!!
